I’m a certified health coach with over 10 years of experience helping individuals transform their health and wellness through sustainable, science-backed strategies. My approach centers around the power of healthy habits.

Through one-on-one coaching, community support, and cognitive behavioral change, I work with clients to simplify nutrition and create personalized plans that support long-term success. My method focuses on eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day, which helps stabilize blood sugar levels & promotes muscle health. This balanced approach not only supports healthier eating habits but also comes with the added benefits of natural weight loss, increased energy, and improved sleep.

GLP-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

Preserve Lean Muscle Mass

I am trained to work with individuals using weight loss medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovey, Mounjaro, and Semaglutides). A key focus of my approach is preserving lean muscle mass during weight loss, and I specialize in the nutrition strategies clinically proven to support Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS). I have partnerships with Doctors & Nurse Practitioners who prescribe weight loss medications and provide medical support.
